Our team at GossHawk Unlimited has been involved in all aspects concerning the restoration and maintenance of aircraft. From original World War I airplanes and replicas, through the gamut of World War II warbirds and Vietnam era aircraft, we do it all. Our extensive experience includes both American and foreign aircraft designs, and ranges from older wood and cloth constructed airframes to more modern jet based aircraft.

With over 41 years of experience, our team is experienced in restoring aircraft of varying type and class, including biplanes, prop planes and jets.

Aircraft Maintenance

We offer full service aircraft maintenance with FAA certified mechanics with both A&P and IA licenses, allowing us to perform a wide array of inspections and repairs.

GossHawk Unlimited has multiple projects under its roof, this includes projects we are currently working on or projects for sale that we would like to restore.

“Over The Front” Volume 28 Number 4 Winter 2013

Wade L. Eakle of “Over The Front” magazine wrote a story titled, Honoring the Memory and Legacy of the “Arizona Balloon Buster”. In this story, you will learn about how the memory of Frank Luke Jr. has been preserved in AZ, as well as other places in the country. Wade Eakle features the S.P.A.D. XIII that hangs in Terminal #3 at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Check out this great story!

PB4Y-2 Privateer Prop Installation

In September 2013, an engine vibration analysis revealed a problem with the propeller on the #4 engine. GossHawk removed the prop and sent it off for inspection and overhaul. The propeller arrived at GossHawk on Christmas Eve assembled and ready for installation.

“Warbird Digest” November/December 2013 Issue 51

The resurrection of Focke-Wulf Fw 190F-8, “White 1” is well underway at GossHawk Unlimited. In this issue of Warbird Digest, you will find the current status of the Collings Foundation’s Focke-Wulf Fw 190.
